Cancellations and changes will not under any circumstances be accepted, and refunds will not be given. Please consider purchasing trip insurance, as our cancellation policy is strictly enforced. We do not sell trip insurance.

Your credit card will be charged as soon as you make this booking.
The name on your credit card statement will be USA Park Tours.
At the time of travel, please ensure you have with you the credit card you used to make this booking. We will need to take an imprint of it. The card must be in your name. If that is not possible for any reason, please let us know at the time you make the booking, so our credit card authorization process can be completed.
All times are approximate. We are not responsible for the consequences of any delays, and details may change without notice.
Service may not be available at certain times and on certain dates. Certain minimums may apply.

The entry fee(s) to Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Park are not included in any price quoted, and are the responsibility of the passenger(s). Road tolls and all other entry fees, charges and costs are excluded, and are the responsibility of the passenger(s).

During the summer season, service is only available during daylight hours, and in addition, all travel must be started and completed at times such that our drivers are only driving between 8 am and 7 pm. If you require service outside those hours, please contact us first.

During the winter season, service is only available during daylight hours, and in addition, all travel must be started and completed at times such that our drivers are only driving between 8 am and 4.30 pm. If you require service outside those hours, please contact us first.

If incorrect information is provided, we reserve the right to cancel this order and give a full refund. We will have no further liability or responsibility in respect of this order.

Waiting time is charged at a rate of $1.38 per minute. This applies whether the wait is at the pick up point, on the route, or at the destination. The reason for the waiting time in no way affects the amount we will charge, unless one of our vehicles breaks down. The credit card holder for any reservation authorizes the charging of all waiting time amounts to the credit card provided by the credit card holder. We may, at our sole discretion, allow a no charge waiting period of up to five minutes.

If we get two or more orders in at similar times, which results in our no longer having vehicles and or drivers available, we reserve the right to cancel this order and give a full refund. We will have no further liability or responsibility in respect of this order.

We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time if we, or our staff or management or ownership, in our sole opinion, believe that a customer is being difficult or unpleasant or unreasonable or may contest a charge.

If the credit card holder will not be present, our credit card authorization documentation will need to be completed and sent to us along with a copy of the card holder’s government issued photo ID, and a copy of the credit card being used. There is an additional non-refundable charge of $12.00 for this. This charge will not under any circumstances be refunded, including if you change your mind about the credit card holder being present, or if the card holder is present after all. It will also not be refunded if you purport to cancel this order. If you do not return the credit card authorization documentation, or if there are mistakes in the credit card authorization documentation, or if part of the credit card authorization documentation is missing, you are still liable for the full amount of this order, and the no cancel, no change, no refund policy is still applicable.

Any civil litigation which arises as a result of this transaction, or as a result of using our services, must be brought in Third District Court, Summit County, Utah.
