    As the credit card holder and credit card will not be present, our credit card authorization documentation will need to be completed and emailed to us along with a copy of the card holder's government issued photo ID, and a copy of the credit card being used. There is an additional non-refundable charge of $15.00 for this. This amount is non-refundable whether you send the credit card authorization documentation back or not. The credit card authorization documentation will be emailed to you after the order is received, and will need to be emailed back to us.
